If you have been trying to find a tool for Digital Odometer Correction, then you know about all of the different programmers, the Chinese copies, the cheap options, the misleading information, and the lack of resources to learn how to use it.
SMELECOM offers the best programmers, quality wise and with the amount of options available. No other programmer can correct more odometers, and with multiple ways, then the USA Prog, Data Smart 3+, or DSPIII+. All programmers come with a 1 year warranty and updates for newer years that you can actually afford, and you can choose the updates you want instead of needing to pay thousands of dollars for updates you don't want or need.
I only offer programmers with the US software installed. There is another version called the VAG Prog made by SMELECOM, but that covers only a partial list of European cars. My customers are in the US so I only carry the programmers with the US Software Included.

USA Prog Standard Version
The USA Prog Standard Version is the simplest programmer with the most functionality available. This covers most American cars and trucks from 1996 to 2011 through the OBD port, and even more with the CMM Adapter. It is designed for people who do not want to open a gauge cluster. Plugging into the OBD port takes minutes to program a car, and the CMM Adapter plugs into the back of the cluster so no dissasembly is necessary. If you look at the car list on the web page for the programmer, the second to last column tells you if it is part of the standard version.
USA Prog Special Edition
The USA Prog Special Edition is a setup designed by Bligidy which covers 98% of the cars on the USA Prog car list. It includes options 6 and 7, which is the EEPROM Adapter and the Motorolla Adapter. Options 1 to 5 and 8 to 11 which are for Audis and VWs are what is not included. The full version includes all of this and more.
USA Prog Full Version
The USA Prog iincludes options 1 to 11, along with all of the resources and documentation, 3M clips, case and wall power supply. No other programmers allows you to program more cars. Data Smart 3+
The Data Smart 3+ lets you program every car, and comes with all of the adapters to program all Mercedes and BMWs through the OBD port or by programming.
DSPIII+
The DSPIII+ is the same thing as the Data Smart 3+, but with a touch screen and runs off windows allowing you to put all of the documentation on the SD card and view it in the field.
